ECO-DATA is an Erasmus+ KA2 project that supports secondary school students (aged 14–18) in understanding and communicating climate change through environmental data and artistic expression. The project integrates STEM and Art (STEAM) through hands-on activities in which students collect environmental data – particularly on aquatic ecosystems– using IoT technologies. Through creative laboratories, scientific data are transformed into artistic outputs, allowing students to interpret complex information in a clear and engaging way, developing ecological and digital skills, enhancing critical thinking, creativity, and communication abilities, and fostering active participation in addressing environmental challenges.

Results:

  • Digital Artworks on blue ecosystems created by students and exhibited at the Museo del Mare di Milazzo (MuMA).
