IoRT Data Management and Analysis for Sustainable Agriculture
GreenFieldData is a European Marie Skłodowska-Curie – Joint Doctorate project (2026–2031), coordinated by INRAE, involving 40 academic and private partners across 7 European countries. The project aims to train a new generation of excellent researchers capable of developing human-centric solutions for agroecology, combining digital transition and sustainable agriculture.
The project involves 14 international doctoral candidates enrolled in double-degree programs at complementary laboratories, receiving interdisciplinary training in IoRT, data, artificial intelligence, agronomy, and robotics. Internships of 1–6 months in partner companies provide hands-on experience in real-world settings and an intersectoral approach.
Results:
- Training of innovative researchers with interdisciplinary, intersectoral, and international skills.
- Development of human-centric methods and tools for the management and analysis of agricultural IoRT data.
- Creation of sustainable agricultural solutions and low-impact practices tailored to the European context.
